Social Security Cards and SS-5's will be {\ul attached} to the back of {\ul or filed} immediately behind the Food Stamp Face Sheet. A divider sheet will be used on the bottom of the case record. The brad will enter the case from the bottom. The contents of the case record will be maintained in three sections - the Case Summary Section, the Overpayment/Fraud Section, and the Documents Section. \par \par{\ul CASE SUMMARY SECTION} - This section will be filed immediately behind the Face Sheet. It will contain all case actions including certifications, denials, changes, etc. The data will be filed with the keyed authorization document on top, followed by the action document which initiated the case action, followed by the supporting forms and documentation.
